Carter Jenkins, known for performances in Famous in Love, Summer of 8, Mad Men, Valentine’s Day and Aliens in the Attic, has agreed to appear in the lead role of Timothy Harris in “The Heisenberg Effect”, a Techne Films co-production to be shot in Georgia in 2019. Harris, 27, has performed in films and television for more than fifteen years, amassing a number of awards and a wide following along the way.
