Progress Report: "The Heisenberg Effect"

We're closing in on the next phase of getting The Heisenberg Effect officially off the ground. The screenplay is locked down (at least for now!) at version 16.1, we've adjusted the shooting schedule and budget based on its current status, and both are right on track, based on our development plan.
The paperwork for the offering is complete (both legal and marketing), and has been vetted by both our attorney and outside experts.
As we work through the fundraising phase, we're simultaneously working to cast both the supporting and lead roles, and we're really excited about the response the script and the production plan are getting.  We're also putting together a truly first-rate (yet impressively small) crew of primarily Georgia personnel who will move this project from script to screen.
